Lot or Boundary Survey

As-Built Survey
An As-Built survey shows the exact location and size of improvements that have already been constructed on your property. It documents improvements such as buildings, driveways, utilities, and other features so they can be used in real estate transactions, used for permit purposes, or provide a record of improvement locations for future design and construction work.
Subdividing
Subdividing is used to split a larger parcel of land into two or more smaller lots. It includes designing new lot lines, creating legal descriptions, and preparing plats or maps that meet local regulations so that new lots can be legally recorded, sold, or developed.
